  • All rates provide for double occupancy, private bathroom and queen size bed.
  • Certain rooms can provide space for an additional bed, for a $15 charge.
  • When having more than two people in a room, a $30 fee per person is charged (this includes the second bed charge).
  • Guests with children younger than 8 years of age require accommodations in the Carriage House.
  • Only cancellations received 10 days prior to your reservation date will be free from charge. You will be charged for any part of your reservation if we are unable to re-book after that date.

*The Special Event/Holiday rate applies to the following weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, The Ann Arbor Art Fair, MIS Racing, University of Michigan football games, and Valentine's Day; plus graduations and parent's weekends at nearby universities. The following events require a two night stay: graduations, The Ann Arbor Art Fair, and MIS.

Our Inn is a non-smoking facility. Guests who smoke may do so on the front porch or grounds of the Inn.
