• All rates provide for double occupancy, private bathroom, queen size bed and full hot breakfast.
• Check in any time from 4:00 til 7:00 pm
• Check out is at 11:00 am
• Certain rooms can accomodate additional guests. When having more than two people in a room, a $30 fee per person is charged.
• Guests with children younger than 10 years of age require accommodations in the Carriage House.
• Only cancellations received 14 days prior to your reservation date will be free from charge. You will be charged for any part of your reservation if we are unable to re-book after that date.
• Group bookings (the whole house) are subject to a deposit and require 45 days notice of cancellation.

• The Ann Arbor Art Fair
• MIS Racing
• University of Michigan football games
• Valentine's Day
• Graduations and parent's weekends at nearby universities

The following events require a two night stay: graduations and parents' weekends, The Ann Arbor Art Fair, and MIS.

Our Inn is a non-smoking facility. Guests who smoke may do so on the front porch or grounds of the Inn.
